INTRODUCING SorbWeb™Plus, an engineered multi layered passive secondary oil containment system designed to capture and contain oil releases and spills. 
At the heart of the system is a “Smart Fabric” that consists of two designed Geotextiles interlocked with a co-polymer for form a continuous mat.  While the system is not activated it allows water to move freely through its smart barrier, when the “smart fabric” comes in contact with oil it will undergo a chemical reaction and it will congeal and form seal preventing oil from escaping the system.
