Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Full payment must be received prior to CLEAN PACIFIC. Balances due will be collected onsite for event registrants. If you have any questions please email [email protected] or call (301) 354-2101.

CANCELLATIONS: All sales for CLEAN PACIFIC are final. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite or access online materials does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made up to June 25, 2021.. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: [email protected].AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register, attend, or join at any time under any circumstance during CLEAN PACIFIC. There are no exceptions.

CLEAN Events Season Pass Program

Lock in discounted rates for all 2021 CLEAN Events! A season pass guarantees your team has access to all 3 events (CLEAN WATERWAYS, CLEAN PACIFIC and CLEAN GULF) at a price point that saves your company money. Sign up for a season pass now and take care of your event plans for the entire year!

What is the Season Pass Program?
It’s an up-front commitment to the CLEAN events at a deeply discounted rate. Best of all, Season Passes are assigned to a company, not a specific individual. This means that various employees from an organization can participate throughout the year for the same low rate.

Only a limited number of Season Passes will be available for each conference, and will be sold on a first-come, first served basis.

Is there a minimum number of CLEAN Event passes I must buy?
Yes, Season Pass holders must purchase a least (3) CLEAN Event passes for 2021. You can allocate the passes however you wish!

Group Example #1:  XYZ Company purchases 8 passes.  Those 8 passes can be divided, for example, with 1 attending CLEAN PACIFIC, 2 attending CLEAN WATERWAYS and 5 attending CLEAN GULF.

Group Example #2: XYZ Company purchases 5 passes. Those passes can be divided, for example, with 2 attending CLEAN WATERWAYS and 3 attending CLEAN GULF.  XYZ Company isn’t interested in CLEAN PACIFIC, but still saves on the price of registration for each individual by purchasing the Season Pass.

What are the 2021 Season Pass Prices?
3-6 tickets annually – $649 each
7-11 tickets annually – $549 each
12-15 tickets annually – $449 each

*if you’re just interested in sending team members to one CLEAN event, a group registration package may be a better option

NOTES:
If you need to change who is attending what show, please let us know 10 days before the event takes place. If the request comes in after that time period, we won’t be able to accommodate a switch.
