Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1001 Avenida De Las Americas<br>Houston, TX 77010<br>Hall E <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will there be a virtual or digital alternative this year?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>There will not be a virtual alternative for this year\u2019s CLEAN GULF Conference &amp; Exhibition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where can you park at the Convention Center?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Centrally located in the heart of downtown Houston, the George R. Brown Convention Center is easily from all areas of the city- no matter how you choose to commute. Many states allow you to earn these credits by presenting or attending seminars, workshops, or professional or technical presentations made at conventions, or conferences, including those presented by vendors with specific knowledge related to the licensee\u2019s area of practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I get my badge?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Badges can be picked up during registration hours outside of Hall E in the George R. Brown Convention Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When is the exhibit hall open?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuesday, November 19<br>10:00 AM\u2013 6:30 PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wednesday, November 20 <br>9:30 AM \u2013 1:30 PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the dress code?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The dress code is business casual. Be sure to pack light layers as the convention center is often very cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the registration cancellation\/refund policy?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PAYMENT INFORMATION:&nbsp;<\/strong>Full payment must be received prior to the event. If you have any questions please email&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:register@cleangulf.org\">register@cleangulf.org<\/a>&nbsp;or call (301) 354-2101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CANCELLATION\/REFUND POLICY:<\/strong>&nbsp;The cancellation deadline is August 23, 2024. Cancellations must be made in writing by August 23, 2024 to receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of $299. Registrants who do not cancel prior to August 23, 2024 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $199 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after August 23, 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SUBSTITUTIONS:&nbsp;<\/strong>Substitutions can be made to transfer a registration to another individual. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:register@cleangulf.org\">register@cleangulf.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AGE POLICY:&nbsp;<\/strong>No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register, attend, or join at any time under any circumstance during CLEAN GULF. There are no exceptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When will the exhibitor service manual be available?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The exhibitor service manual will be available this Summer. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you sell the attendee list?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not offer the CLEAN GULF attendee list for sale. If anyone reaches out claiming to have the list available for purchase, they are not affiliated with CLEAN GULF and\/or Access Intelligence.
